Sausage Casserole

For 4 of us:Slow Cooker by Sara Lewis

2 - 4 sausages each
onion
diced veg - potatoes, carrots etc
beef stock
salt and pepper
tin of tomatoes
tinned tomatoes ( optional)

Fry onion until soft
Fry sausages until browned
Add onion sausages and veg to casserole dish (or slow cooker)
Cover with stock and baked beans
Add tinned tomatoes if desired
Cover and cook for 1 - 2 hours at 180ÂșC
You can omit the veg from the casserole and serve the dish with the veg if desired.
