Everywhere seems to have had a sale on since November, but now is an even better time to grab some bargains. I bough a gorgeous corduroy jacket in Marks and Spencer for just £29! I’d wanted it for Christmas, but got another jacket from my list (which I also love!) so was pleased to see it in my size waiting for me on Saturday. I also bagged a lovely scarf, which was just £5 and that was the non sale price. Marks and Spencer currently have their new clothing range on line, but you can get 50% off furniture.

I found a really comfy pair of boots from Millets where you can get an extra 20% off everything with the code NEWYEAR20. The boots were these Alpine sub zero boots for just £29.99 and will be ideal for watching the boys’ football on cold winter mornings.

Kitbag have a massive 70% sale on line as do Currys (with FREE delivery on orders over £49), PC World and Dixons. Get a further 2.5% off at Dixons with the code SALE25 up until 5pm Tuesday 6th January 2009.

For more electrical bargains try the Comet sale or if it’s a new TV that you fancy Direct tvs have some massive savings on TVs and TV accessories.

Bhs have upto 70% off too and Boots.com offering items at 1/2 price!

Good old John Lewis has a massive clearance sale with up to 50% and free delivery.

For gadget lovers Iwantoneofthose.com has some great gadgets in their sale, which ends 15th January and Gadget Pages is offering up to half price and 10% off everything with the code SALE08. There’s also 50% off at Hawkins Bazaar.
